Lawrence “Larry” Leitch has one goal: to support you in pursuing your financial goals. He provides you with the guidance and knowledge, while using dynamic technology, to be both informed for and responsive to you. Leitch provides comprehensive financial services to a wide range of clients, including businesses and individuals seeking all levels of financial planning. The SFG team uses many high-tech research tools to tailor offerings to address specific needs for a wide range of clients.

Bill Swartz

Chief Business Development Officer

As a financial advisor, Bill has a passion for assisting clients in realizing their financial goals. He works closely with each client to fully understand their current financial position and their future financial goals. From there he takes a holistic approach in the preparation of an individualized plan with diverse investment options. After over 20 years in the financial services industry, Bill joined SFG to use his experience and expertise as a financial advisor.

Christina Horchar

Chief Operating Officer

Addressing the needs of SFG clients is Christina's top priority. She joined SFG in 2013 as a client service associate and held several positions before being named chief operating officer in 2020 and a partner in 2021. Christina oversees SFG’s daily operations.

Kenneth Pegher

Chief Compliance Officer

Ken joined the team in June 2012 and is currently the Branch Operations Manager. He is responsible for the compliance and operations functions within the firm, including new account and trade review, branch audits and supervision. Ken began working in the securities industry in 1983. He was appointed Chief Compliance Officer in 2016 when the Securities and Exchange Commission approved SFG as a registered investment advisor.
