Jud Sokol

Jud Sokol brings more than two decades of financial advising experience.  He focuses on working with clients on financial planning, estate and retirement planning strategies, insurance and investment needs, executive compensation, asset allocation studies, and college and retirement planning.

Originally from Fredericksburg, VA, Jud has lived in the Baltimore area for more than 25 years where he raised his two daughters.  He serves on the board of The Maryland Family Network that focuses on early childhood development.  He is also a committee member for the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation annual College Basketball Tip Off event.  In his spare time, Jud enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors and watching his daughters play lacrosse.

Jud graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Economics where he also played golf and football.  Jud is a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), holding Series 7and 63 registrations with LPL Financial and the Series 65 registration with SFG Wealth Management LLC  and holds a health and insurance license.  Before entering the financial industry, Jud was National Sales and Marketing Manager for Softspikes, Inc. the company that revolutionized the golf shoe cleat industry.
